Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within the warranty* follow the criteria as below:

Perfect for my feet

I wear these with socks & I don't experience any of the negative comments others have left. I normally wear a 7.5 but I ordered these in an 8 which worked for me. I think my feet may have swollen with age. I ordered full sole because the split sole doesn't give me enough support. I've ordered & returned several pairs of dance shoes because they all hurt my feet in different places. Since I'm a beginner I didn't want to invest a lot of money. These fit the best and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Perfect for practice

It was great but I recommend finding something else that covers your toes if it’s your first practice shoe. It kinda felt like my foot would slip out for the first few days but I got used to it after awhile. Laces are kind of an odd length but work just fine.

Great shoes!

Great shoes to practice or dance all night in. Love how they lace all the way so you can adjust them to fit your feet perfectly. Very comfortable.
